What's new? | Here's a quick update of the new features: | | | | Streamlined remote support with Wayland compatibility for Linux Assist Now is compatible with Wayland, the secure and modern replacement for X11. Wayland enhances display management and communication for seamless remote support when connecting with Linux devices. | | | | Peer-to-peer remote connectivity for Linux We have released peer-to-peer remote connectivity for Linux devices on a shared network. When a user connects to a Linux device on the same network, a direct peer-to-peer connection is automatically established, which minimizes latency and improves the efficiency of remote work. | | | | Mac bulk deployment via Intune Zoho Assist now supports silent, bulk deployment of the Unattended Agent across multiple Mac devices through Microsoft Intune. This integration allows for efficient setup of multiple devices simultaneously by using .pkg files for a seamless deployment experience. | | | | Mac Agent remote script execution This feature allows technicians to execute shell scripts on Mac devices using the Mac Agent. Technicians can upload the required shell scripts, and upon receiving the customer’s confirmation, the script will be executed efficiently and securely. | | | | | Some major enhancements: | Webhook custom payload | | Multiple department admins | | Expanded support for Android RCP on rooted devices | | URS Device Activity | | | | | |
