This feature enhances flexibility and streamlines remote support for a more organized and efficient experience. | | | | Advanced Session Audit for MacOS Enable Advanced Session Audit to track technician activities during remote sessions. This feature records actions under File Management, Processes, Clipboard Events, and Window Activity to provide a detailed audit log for enhanced monitoring and accountability. | | | | Enhanced security with ProGuard integration We've implemented ProGuard in the Technician app to enhance security, optimize performance, and reduce app size.
