Teamspaces and team modules are now available in Zoho CRM's iOS and Android apps

Zoho CRM's mobile apps for both iOS and Android now support teamspaces and team modules, which improve team collaboration and workflow management on the go.

Teamspaces are dedicated workspaces tailored for specific teams—like sales or marketing—that show only the modules relevant to their roles (e.g., Leads, Deals, or Campaigns). This reduces clutter and boosts productivity. Teamspaces are created in the web app and accessible on mobile via the More icon to enable quick switching between teams.

Team modules

Team modules are customizable modules designed to help teams handle workflows outside standard CRM modules. Thanks to role-based access controls, teams—like a restaurant business's Kitchen and Delivery teams, let's say—can efficiently manage tasks unique to their own team-specific processes. These modules can also be made accessible on mobile devices.

Validate lead phone numbers in Zoho CRM

With Zoho CRM, you can automatically verify lead phone numbers via a custom checkbox field and a workflow with a Deluge script that validates phone number when leads are created or edited. This setup updates the checkbox to confirm whether the phone number meets your criteria, which helps keep your lead data clean and accurate.

Zoho CRM enables you to unqualify all leads from the same company and location by creating a workflow rule that triggers when a lead's status is updated to "Not Qualified." This workflow executes a custom Deluge function that searches for other leads with the same company, state, and city, and updates their status accordingly. This approach helps maintain a clean and relevant lead database by efficiently managing multiple leads from the same source.

With Zoho CRM, you can track the number of interactions (or "touches") with a lead by creating a custom number field and using a workflow rule with a Deluge function. This function counts related records such as emails, calls, and tasks, and updates the custom field accordingly. This setup helps in assessing engagement levels and optimizing follow-up strategies.
