Zoho Sign now integrates with Zendesk Sell, a leading CRM solution. With the Zoho Sign extension for Zendesk Sell, you have the ability to effortlessly send documents for signatures and closely monitor their progress, all from within the Zendesk Sell interface. This integration offers a multitude of advantages for sales teams, enhancing their operational efficiency, elevating the customer experience, and simplifying various critical tasks, including sales management, strategy implementation, lead tracking, and the distribution of essential sales-related documents.

Qualified electronic signatures (QES) via itsme

Zoho Sign now integrates with itsme, a trusted digital identity provider and a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) recognized by the EU. This integration allows users based in our EU data center to sign documents using qualified electronic signatures (QES) via itsme, ensuring compliance with the electronic signature requirements outlined in the eIDAS regulation (EU 910/2014). Additionally, this integration enables signers from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg to use their itsme account to authenticate themselves at the time of signing.

Support for field auto-navigation

You can now customize signer navigation through document fields during signing by selecting from four options: All Fields, Blank Fields Only, Mandatory Fields Only, and Blank Mandatory Fields. This feature, found in the account settings under Recipient Experience, allows for a more personalized and efficient signing experience.

Option to move documents to folder directly from the All Documents page

Users can now conveniently add documents to their preferred folders directly from the All Documents page. Simply click on the “Move to folder” icon and select your desired destination folder. This streamlined process makes organizing your files easier than ever.

Unknown email domain warning for received documents

Zoho Sign now provides you with an option to enable a warning message for internal users when they sign documents originating from unknown domains. This added layer of security safeguards users against potential risks associated with documents from unknown sources.

Support to place fields on multiple pages

You now have the ability to incorporate identical fields, maintaining their precise placement, across all other pages within the document or within a specified range of selected pages.

Option to print documents directly from Sign

Zoho Sign now provides you with the convenience of printing documents directly from the app without having to download them. This action can be performed on the “Document details” view by selecting Print under More Actions.
