On January 18, we hosted a small-group, one-day networking session with our Chennai-based partners. She then used the live chat option to select her preferred date and time and then, voila. Her booking got confirmed and she received a confirmation mail from the site. The entire process was streamlined seamlessly for both Sheela as well for the business.
